Requirements and procedures for admission to the Association
1. Apply to join the members of the Association must meet the following conditions

Membership of the program are:
1, submit an application for membership;
2, authorized by the Council or the Council discussed and adopted a permanent office;
3 documents issued by Association membership approval;
4, payment of contributions;
5, issue membership cards
