Deputy secretary-general from Glass Association, Jianbin Huang, deputy secretary-general from standardized technology committee of national architectural glass and more than 30 experts from China frit production and utilization enterprises and relevant scientific research and test units.
Presided by Jianbin Huang, deputy secretary-general from standardized technology committee of architectural glass, secretary- general Baiheng Zhang has made an important statement in the name of glass association. He states that glass frit is an important decoration material used for decorative architectural glass, furniture glass and home appliance glass. In recent years, as the high-speed development of flat glass industry and wide application of glass products, with more and more new products and applied technology, the frit industry realizes the development from sole product to various products, from black style to colored style and the larger expansion of frit application range. However, the industry regulations still fall behind and there is no suitable industrial standard. Therefore, the association as a pioneer to draft the glass frit industry standard of scientificity, operability and advanced nature. We believe that we will make a standard of high level.
In the name of all the standard drafters, Hui Li, the deputy secretary-general of glass association introduced the formulation progress of the standard to all the attending represents. Moreover, the standards were examined word by word and revised in the aspects of detailed clause and characters. At the end of the session, all the represents agreed on the revised standard, the advanced technological level of the standard formulation, reporting the final revised standard.
The successful formulation of glass frit industry standard will be the regulated guide for frit manufacturers and make great contribution to improving frit production technological level, enhancing safety glass quality and accelerating the industrial structure adjustment upgrading.
