三、The mix and maintaining method of polishing medicinal liquid
Mix polishing potion and water by 1:1. When the transparency of polished glass becomes low, it means the polishing liquid can be used.
Half battle polishing liquid usually against 50 square meters glass, put them directly to medicinal liquid groove.
It usually needs 3-5 minutes per time. Please watch whether the transparency of the polishing glass is consistent. As the dense become low, polishing time should be prolonged.
The polishing groove should be cleaned after used one month, because the white powder and other waste in the bottom may block ripe and affect the polished glass surface. If the liquid is not enough, mixture of equal water and potion can be put into the groove to make up the liquid height.
The production should be started ten after adding polishing liquid.
Frosting glass should be polished two times.
