Quanex Building Products Corp. announced on March 11, 2011 it will close its acquisition of Edgetech I.G. Inc. on or before April 1, 2011. Quanex received the applicable government approvals and, as previously announced, the $107 million purchase will be an all cash transaction. Additional information will be disclosed upon closing.
