On 27th —28th of march, sponsored by China Architectural and Industrial Glass Association, undertook by CSG Holding Co.,LTD, China Building Materials Inspection Certification Group CO., LTD and Zhejiang Liniz Company, co-sponsored by Hangzhou Zhijiang Co.,LTD,etc, 2013 China glass industry annual meeting technology seminar was held in Hangzhou.
Focused on the theme "energy saving, environmental protection, innovation, development", this annual meeting carried out the relevant activities, such as plentiful special report, market and technical seminars, product display and a glass future project training, etc, in order to make the enterprise fully understand the current situation and development trend of glass industry at home and abroad, and jointly promote industry technology progress and industrial development. During the annual meeting, it also commended the 2012 advanced individuals and collectives in the glass industry, and held spectacular evening party performance
Chen Guoqing addressed and delivered a keynote speech. He points out that this year was the sentence-linking key year to implemente the 12th five-year plan. It was also the start of the implementation to comprehensively put the the party's "18" goal into practice. A series of major principles and policies, formulated by the CPC central committee and the State Councial, brought numberous advantages and opportunities to our building materials industry and float glass industry in a long period of future. Faced with new situation and contradiction, the glass industry must insist on implementing the principle of “making progress while maintaining stability” and respond actively.
Zhang Hengji made a report on “present situation of economic operation of China glass industry, development tendency and association work report”. He made a summary on the 2012 association work, and Looked forward the working direction of the association in 2013. He analysed the existing problems in the development of glass industry: 1, development disorder and excess capacity;2, a gap between product quality and structure; 3, Low degree of industrial concentration and internationalization; 4, a gap between emission reduction; 5, lack of enterprise technology innovaction and independent research and development ability, absence of driving force of technological innovation mechanism and ability.
Zhang Hengji indicated that, according to the new situation and new requirements, the overall thought of next step association work was: With scientific development commanding the overall situation of industry development, glass industry development pattern was changed. The amount of expansion was strictly controled and the development road should be the innovative, green, effective and coordinative; As the basis on technological innovation and energy conservation, adjusting and optimizing structure should be the focus.It should highlight the concept of service for building energy conservation, emerging industries and vigorously develop new glass and glass processing industry, especially the processing glass products with composite functions.
